Ukraine Business Desk was founded by Onno den Hoed, a Dutch entrepreneur based in Western Ukraine with experience in recruitment, platforms, franchise, real estate and international cooperation.

Together with a local team he investigates opportunities, suppliers, sites and partners before entrepreneurs invest time or money. A single Dutch point of contact, local presence and honest reporting — even when the conclusion is not to proceed.
