How we work
Step by step, with clear pricing.
Every engagement starts with listening and ends with a concrete next step. We work mainly for foreign SMEs looking for suppliers or partners in Ukraine, wanting a site visit in Western Ukraine, or needing an initial market scan. No vague promises — a clear path where you know at every point where you stand and what the next step costs.
Intro call
A no-strings conversation of 30 to 45 minutes (online or in person) where we discuss your idea, sector, timeline and risk appetite. We ask critical questions about your motivation and context so we can decide together whether Ukraine is the right move right now.
- What you get
- At the end you know whether we are the right party and which next step is useful.
- Timeline
- 30–45 minutes · no cost
First assessment
Within a few working days you receive an honest read on feasibility, effort required and indicative costs. We turn your question into a concrete plan of action with a clear scope. Sometimes the conclusion is: not yet, or start with a smaller study — we say that too.
- What you get
- Short memo with scope, timeline and per-phase quote.
- Timeline
- Within 3–5 working days after the intake
Local work on the ground
We go on-site in Western Ukraine — Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Zakarpattia through to Uzhhorod. We visit locations, talk to stakeholders, check registration data and gather what you cannot verify from the Netherlands. Everything is documented with photos, meeting notes and sources.
- What you get
- Raw field data, contact notes and visual material per party visited.
- Timeline
- 1–3 weeks depending on scope
Reporting
You receive a clear report in plain business language: facts, photos, findings, risks and concrete recommendations. We explicitly state what we could and could not verify, and what a responsible next step would be. Every report ends with an online session where you can ask questions.
- What you get
- Written report (PDF) plus an online debrief of about an hour.
- Timeline
- Within 5 working days after the fieldwork wraps up
Follow-through
Together we decide what makes sense: push forward, additional research, negotiation, contract preparation, project launch — or deliberately not proceed. We stay available as a local point of contact for as long as you find that useful, and can also run periodic checks on ongoing partnerships.
- What you get
- Tailored follow-up proposal, or a clear reason to stop.
- Timeline
- Ongoing, assessed per phase
